Staff were efficient and very friendly, public areas nice and clean. The apartment itself was lovely, well-equipped and clean, with excellent mixed lighting and plenty of electric sockets. We were on the road side but sound insulation was excellent, so no noise at night. Didn't use the pool or have breakfast but both it looked nice. Parking outside was easy and not too expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple but good value and in an interesting location. The hotel itself is on an ugly, busy street but parking there is easy. And if you take the exit at the back and walk through the garden, you end up on a quiet street in the charming old center. Great start for exploring the city on foot.

Wonderful accommodation. Well organised, everything provided so as to cater complete self catering stay. Exceptionally clean throughout. Warm . Very very helpful and welcoming staff on the desk . Good position,close to railway station and v short walk to Poitiers. Quiet area. Loved the way that eco friendly measures are put in place. Wouldn't hesitate to book with this chain in other towns.

We booked based on location, near to the town centre, station and car rental places. It was great to have 2 separate rooms and the sofa bed split into 2 singles which was ideal for our 2 children. The beds were comfy and it was also really quiet at night so we slept well. We used the pool (1.4m deep, so bring swim aids for little ones) and the table football was a bonus!

The hotel was well situated for access to the town, with a private access via the rear garden (be prepared for steep hills to the town centre). The facilities were excellent and the hotel is pet friendly. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the hotel, which is excellent for walking the dog. There is also a secure car park at the rear of the hotel, but worth trying to reserve before you arrive.

Comfortable apartment we have stayed in before ten years ago. Well equipped for dish washing crockery and real wine glasses. Kettle. Spacious as expected from this chain. Secure parking. Short walk through the garden up the steps at the rear for short cut towards the great town centre. Stayed two nights. Ensure to ask for a quieter room at the back.

The hotel is close to the city centre, the train station, buses and the motorway. Also the airport is only 15 minutes by taxi. Car hire companies are also nearby. The continental breakfast buffet was very good also.

Very quiet, nice comfortable beds, great bathroom and good value for money. The breakfast was really good too.

Lovely clean apartment. I requested a quiet room and was allocated one. Staff very helpful and friendly and I had a lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from. The apartment is a short walk away from the shops and there is a short cut at back of the hotel. Thank you so much for everything.

We stayed with our little dog on our way down to Spain, it was a great place to stay, you have everything you need, there is a nice garden & a fantastic walk way through to the next road leading you to the town centre which is only about an 8 min walk away. Secure parking is also available at a reasonable price so we have decided to book again on our way back home
